About Eastern Rental Tent
We carry a large variety of tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, concession machines and party supplies to meet your event needs, big or small.
What size tent do I need? When deciding on the size of the tent you will need for your event, please consider the number of guests to be seated, additional tables needed for serving food, beverages, dance floor size, band or DJ space, and catering accommodations. Seating under the tent may vary depending on whether you choose round or banquet tables for your guests.
A variety of sides are available, if you wish to enclose your tent. Side panels are solid white or you may request panels with clear vinyl French windows for outside viewing. We suggest that you do not enclose the entire tent. It gets very warm and possibly smoky without some cross ventilation. Remember you are having your event outside because the scenery is attractive. Our pole tents require an additional 4' around the tent for ropes and stakes.
Tables: We offer 6' banquets that seat eight and 8' banquets that seat ten. Our round tables are 48" that seat six and 60" that seat eight. Banquets and rounds can be arranged to accommodate a head table, food, beverages, cake and gifts. Pedestal tables are 30" round and a height of 42". Child size tables are 6' and seat eight at child size chairs. A combination of table sizes makes a very pleasing arrangement. We do request that table covers be used. We do rent linen table covers.
Chairs: We carry white Samsonite folding chairs with white legs. Weight limit is 250 pounds. Child size chairs are available in red, white and blue.
Dance floors: We determine the size dance floor by the number of guests. We assemble the size needed when we get to the site. Dance floors are wood grain to be used under our tents only. They are available in the following sizes: 8x16, 10x16, 12x16, 14x16, 16x16, 16x18.
NEW for 2010! Staging: Staging for bands, fashion shows, weddings, graduations are 8" high and available in the following sizes: 4x4, 4x8, 8x8, 8x12, 8x16, 12x12, 12x16.
Lighting: Permieter lighting (tiny white lights) and stand up globe lighting are both available.

- Coffee urns (42 cup capacity)
